As the New Year approaches it always seems to be a time to reflect. It’s innate in a farmer’s mentality to look back upon the trials, tribulations and successes of the farm.
We are always thinking about the hope of the year ahead. We are blessed to have such wonderful relationships throughout the industry.
While it is impossible to pick a favorite from 2015, here are 5 experiences to reflect upon. We here at The Chef’s Garden are wishing you a healthy and happy 2016.

It was a day full of wonderful company, delicious small bites from Culinary Vegetable Institute, quenching spirits from Adam Seger and mouth-watering Ice cream from Blackbird at the Rare Tea Cellar Inc. in Chicago.
