Meats

Permaculture encourages integrating livestock for a balanced ecosystem. We raise Piedmontese cross beef cattle, known for their lean yet tender meat, and continue to breed this exceptional herd. Our Berkshire pigs, prized for their rich, marbled pork, are pasture-raised.

Additionally, we raise poultry, including meat chickens, laying hens, ducks, and turkeys. These birds contribute to our permaculture farm’s nutrient cycle, providing natural pest control and enriching the soil.
