Vegetables in the delicious and nutritious cruciferous family come in tremendous varieties of flavors and colors – and even people who won’t eat broccoli will be tempted by the appeal of fresh broccoli in non-traditional forms such as our purple broccoli offerings. And what about our sweet and crunchy purple cauliflower?
Other excellent choices in the cruciferous family include fresh kale, ranging from the sweet and fine-textured baby lacinato kale to the baby red Russian kale that tastes like mild cabbage with a mustard-like aftertaste.
