The CVI is delighted to bring the humble potato center stage for a memorable culinary journey that explores our unique sizes, textures, colors, and flavors. As with each of our single vegetable showcases, our culinary team will elevate familiar dishes and share new and creative ways to enjoy the wide varieties of potatoes we grow here at The Chef's Garden. And we'll make sure you get to celebrate the spirit of St. Patrick's along the way!

Here’s your chance to put on a chef’s coat and experience the state-of-the-art kitchen at The Culinary Vegetable Institute at The Chef’s Garden. Spend the day working alongside our chefs, learning hands-on cooking techniques to elevate your culinary skills. In the evening, step into the dining room and enjoy the meal you helped prepare, savoring the flavors of your hard work.
