Carrots with BliS Gourmet
Elevate your carrot game with Carrots with BLiS Gourmet. Tossed in extra virgin olive oil and BLiS Moroccan spice rub, these roasted carrots are finished with a drizzle of BLiS bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup and a touch of barrel-aged fish sauce for a sweet and savory flavor burst.

- 1 lb Chef’s Garden fancy carrots, peeled to even thickness
- 1 tbsp and 1 tsp BLiS Moroccan spice rub
- 1 tbsp BLiS bourbon barrel aged fish sauce
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp BLiS bourbon barrel aged maple syrup
Directions
- Coat peeled carrots in extra virgin olive oil
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp BLiS Moroccan spice rub to cover carrots
- Place in shallow roasting pan
- Roast in oven at 385 degrees F until tender but firm
- Remove from oven, add 2 tbsp BLiS bourbon barrel aged maple syrup to carrots, return to oven and roast an additional 5 minutes
- Remove from oven, toss whole carrots in 1 tbsp BLiS barrel aged fish sauce
- Place in serving dish, sprinkle remaining teaspoon of BLiS Moroccan over the top and serve hot
