Potatoes and Chives

Enjoy the simplicity of Potatoes and Chives. This easy recipe features quartered potatoes tossed with apple cider vinegar, garnished with fresh chives, and seasoned with salt for a delicious and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients

  • 9 potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chives, to garnish
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

Step 1
Wash your potatoes whole then cut into wedges

Step 2
Line potatoes on a sheet pan trying not to overlap

Step 3
Bake the potatoes, with nothing on them, until golden brown

Step 4
Remove from oven and let them cool completely, you can place them in the refrigerator until ready to prepare

Step 5
Next, add the potatoes to a mixing bowl and add 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar. Toss the potatoes making sure the vinegar coats each potato

Step 6
Line the potatoes back onto the baking sheet and add them to the oven at 350-400 degrees.

Step 7
Warm them to your liking.

Step 8
Once warmed, plate the potatoes and finish with salt and chopped chives
