Sweet Sesame and Chili Glazed Kalettes offer a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. This recipe features crispy kalettes coated in a flavorful glaze made with sesame, chili, and a touch of sweetness, creating a delightful and crunchy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pk Kalettes
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Place the kalettes, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and soy in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  • Spread out the kalettes in a single layer on 1-2 oven trays lined with parchment paper for 10-12 minutes, or until crisp.
  • Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sea salt
  • Serve Immediately
