Thai Basil
Thai basil adds a clean, refreshing, sweet, slightly anise flavor to dishes. This fresh basil is nice and juicy, easy to eat, with a crispy stem. The texture is smooth and soft, the herb is purple with green leaves. Our fresh basil is shipped, worldwide, to top chefs and restaurants.

Thyme
Fresh thyme offers a slightly pungent, spicy but still sweet, savory/clove-like flavor. Think of the taste as herby-peppery-sweet with an earthy finish! The thyme herb has a drier texture, somewhat fibrous, but is tender, juicy and delicious. Green, with a hint of pink, fresh thyme packs a real flavor punch!

Traditional Spinach
One of our signature crops is fresh spinach — and we offer multiple varieties. Our delicious root spinach tastes mild, fresh, green, and buttery, with natural sugar content off the charts! Brix readings are literally as high as an apple. Our spinach starts off sweet tasting, then finishes with nutty-buttery flavor. Our promise: we’ll never grow fresh spinach for maximum yield. Instead, we grow for flavor and nutrition.

Watercress
The watercress plant has a thin texture and adds a unique touch to your culinary dishes, including creative salads, soups, sandwiches and much more.

Sweet Romaine Lettuce
Sweet romaine lettuce leaves are crisp and crunchy, sweeter and less bitter than regular romaine. Like our regular romaine leaves, the sweet variety grows in an elongated head of sturdy green outer leaves and light to pale green leaves in the center. Leaves are firm, ribbed down to their centers.
