Badger Flame Beet
This mild beet is incredibly delicious, even edible when raw! Texture is tender and smooth, yet crunchy when raw. Badger flame beets are amazingly eye-catching, with flame-like orange, yellow, and red interior striping that’s gorgeous in ribbons. This larger, elongated beet is about twice the size of round baby beets.

Gold Beet
This lovely beet offers up a full-spinach beet flavor, one that’s less sweet and crunchier than other varieties. The gold beet features an orange skin with a bright golden interior, and medium-green leaves with an orange tint in its stems. The root, stems, and leaves are all deliciously edible. Regeneratively farmed.

Ramps
Ramps have white bulbs with a deep-red coloring near the top. They have long, leafy, medium-green tops.

Watermelon Radish
The watermelon radish offers up a mild to sweet peppery flavor and crisp texture. The skin ranges from white to light green, with bright pink flesh—reminiscent, of course, of watermelon—and, when sliced, its contrasting colors add startling beauty to your plate. Regeneratively farmed, we harvest fresh upon order.
